Decisions for Cavalcade NA 2019

The decisions for Cavalcade North America 2019 have been sent. The program and registration will be posted on the Cavalcade web site in March. We received 1221 submissions, which was a 6.9% increase over last year. The final program was highly selective, with an 11.1% acceptance rate. Congratulations to the authors selected for presentation at the conference!

Accommodations for Cavalcade North America 2019 are posted on the web site. The hotel blocks have expirations, with the first expiring on February 28 and the last expiring on April 23, so please be sure to book in advance.

Conference on Corporate Finance and Financial Intermediation

The Conference on Corporate Finance and Financial Intermediation will feature a dual submission option with RCFS. The deadline for paper submissions is March 1, 2019. The conference will take place June 3-4, 2019, in Hong Kong. The Call for Papers may be viewed here.

Francesca Cornelli to be Dean of Kellogg School of Management

Virtual Issue: Trade and Economics

Oxford University Press’s new virtual issue on trade and economics features “Securities Trading in the Absence of Dealers: Trades and Quotes on the Tokyo Stock Exchange” by Yasushi Hamao and Joel Hasbrouck, from the July 1995 issue of RFS. The virtual issue is free to read online until the end of March on Oxford’s web site.

Yale-RFS Conference on Real and Private-Value Assets

We are pleased to announce the 2020 Yale-RFS Conference on Real and Private-Value Assets, which will feature a dual submission option with RFS. The RFS sponsoring editor is Stijn Van Nieuwerburgh.
