The Call for Papers for the 2022 (Fourth) University of Oklahoma Energy and Climate Finance Research Conference is now available. The conference, which features a dual submission option with RFS, will take place April 22-23, 2022. The RFS sponsoring editor is Stefano Giglio. The submission deadline is November 30, 2021. The 2019 University of Oklahoma Energy and Commodities Finance Research Conference will feature a dual submission option with RFS. The RFS sponsoring editor is Philip Strahan. The deadline for submissions is May 15, 2019. The conference will take place September 19-20, 2019, on the OU campus in Norman, Oklahoma. The Call for Papers may be viewed here.
We at the RFS were saddened to learn of the passing of Professor Peter Christoffersen of the University of Toronto. Peter was an Associate Editor of the RFS from 2012-2015, and a valued member of the Society for Financial Studies. We extend our sympathies to his wife, Professor Susan Christoffersen, and his family. Rotman has created an In Memoriam page, which may be viewed here.
