The Review of Corporate Finance Studies aims to publish research of the highest quality in the field of corporate finance, broadly defined. RCFS will review papers on the basis of their original contribution to the field of corporate finance.

  • Registration for SFS Cavalcade Asia-Pacific 2025

    The program and registration for SFS Cavalcade Asia-Pacific 2025 are now available on the conference website. The Cavalcade will take place December 5-7 at the Tsinghua PBC School of Finance. Register by November 1 to pay the discounted registration fee. The registration fee is waived for PhD students.

  • Call for Papers and Registered Reports: RCFS Winter Conference

    The RCFS Winter Conference 2026 is now accepting submissions. Please see the Call for Papers and the Call for Registered Reports on “Global and Emerging Markets in Finance” for more details. The conference, which features a dual submission option with RCFS, will take place February 13-15, 2026, at the Royal Sonesta in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

    The sponsoring editors are Isil Erel, Anthony Cookson, Michelle Lowry, and Robert Marquez. The submission deadline is November 18, 2025 for papers and December 1, 2025 for Registered Reports.
